Cash Rewards Work
HomeEngine connects buyers and sellers with local real estate agents. After a referred transaction closes, the participating agent's brokerage pays HomeEngine a referral fee. We share part of that fee with eligible buyers and sellers as a cash reward.*

No. There is no cost to use HomeEngine's matching service, and using HomeEngine does not increase the commission you pay.
Possibly. If you have not made contact with the agent, HomeEngine may be able to refer you to that agent and provide a cash reward. The cash reward is contingent on the agent's willingness to accept the referral and pay a referral fee to HomeEngine.
HomeEngine earns a referral fee when an eligible transaction closes. Where permitted by law, we share part of that fee with the buyer or seller.
Eligible buyers and sellers will receive their cash reward by check shortly after closing, once HomeEngine has received the referral fee from the participating brokerage.
Eligible buyers and sellers must use a participating agent referred by HomeEngine and close the transaction. Other restrictions may apply.
